The UK based Record Label was founded in 2006 by director Floyd Adams III aka producer DA3RD.

Urban Precinct Records™ is distributed physically in North America by KOCH / R.N.L.G. and digitally worldwide via Ioda.

In 2009 Urban Precinct™ expanded the brand's activities by becoming an NCFE approved Music Arts Media & Publishing TRAINING Centre.

As a result, Urban Precinct Records™ continue to fullfill the Label's long-term commitment to growing its roster organically and releasing quality records.
